Its actually not that different from your mailing list in that it has
threads and different messages. While makes it different that you must log
onto the site, and then pick a thread that you want to read. The last change
date, and number of replies, is useful to see if anything new has been
added. Listing all the messages in a thread is also a nice feature.
Whereas for this list, I just sit back and read all the incoming messages as
they arrive, and then delete the ones I don't want to read. If I was worried
about the number of incoming junk emails, then the Deft site would be the
version I would prefer to use.
I remember we could read the onelist site and read the threads (to make it
similar in use to the Deft site), but does anyone do that ? I know I don't.
I also think the actual numbers of messages per game is important. I had
always felt it would be 1650 and FA in a close tie for likebility (1650 for
its total war on T1, and FA for the player defined setups), then 2950 a long
way back (as its start is a bit slow). But the number of messages don't show
that.
