Hi

ME Games seems to have gone missing. No turns and no response to e-mails.

Does anyone know what’s happening?

David

David, your turn was mailed out on Friday, and I reforwarded your turn this morning and replied to you.

You e-mail address must be trashing our messages???

I am out of the office now but supply us (pm me) with another address and maybe we can get mesages through to you.

I promise you we have not gone missing and the problem is firmly at your end somewhere!

Dean

Hi Dean

It’s odd that every now and then e-mails from ME Games don’t arrive here.

Please try david.crane@fife.gov.uk

David

PS Should the turns be on the web server?

Hi Dean

I’ve still not received my results turns for game 11; either to the usual e-mail address or the alternative that I provided.

When we’ve had this problem in the past, I’ve been able to download them from the web server but they’re not there either.

As far as I’m aware, no other e-mails are failing to arrive here. New technology just bamboozles me but I can’t see how it could be something at my end.

Quick Answer: Turns are now on the server, go get them!

Hi Dean

Hi David I am really really sorry about the delay in you getting results, it is terrible we like spam to some providers.

When we’ve had this problem in the past, I’ve been able to download them from the web server but they’re not there either.

Right key bit of information here and I should have asked you if you can get them from the server!!!!

They were NOT uploaded to the server on Friday, that was glitch.

I have just uploaded your turns to the server. Hopefully all is good now. Please do let me or Rob know if there are anymore problems.

Very sorry once again in the delay of getting this to you, a combination of problems conspired against us I fear!

All the best,
Dean
