You supported NG even when it was a losing cause. Lots of huge SG armies
have gone down in falls for very little gain. If you were more 'its very
man
for himself' you might have sailed a huge army or two down into south or
north harad to take me out (since I will make new boats eventually and sail
past the expected broken bridge), but you were saying 'I'll support you'
and
moved your armies towards NG. In short you are a nice bloke to have backing
someone up, but (like stags) you are too nice a person to cause fear into
the enemy (now someone in our side is one mean person who scares even his
own side, ie he is the sort of person who says 'give me money or I spend in
agents and rip it out of your capital '. No guesses who that is).
This is because I am trying to actually play a team game like this is
meant to be.
thats why I said you are a nice person to be backing me up. But a lot of the
more experienced players i've seen have a harsh habit of saying 'your dead,
no more help for you, lets focus on the living'. And they have the
experience to know the difference between a deadie, and a sick person who
could get better.
If I had left NG alone I think I would probably be in a much
worse position as it stands.
You would have been stuffed if the bridges stayed up. But it looked like
your huge armies died against dragons for little or no gain. And I'm
agreeing with the standard theory that the free need to hurt the DS in the
first 10 turns or lose. getting a standoff doesn't worry us. I actually
think we outrecuited the free for the early turns. Thats bad for the free.
I was surprised that the briges are still up. With us finding no money in
your kitty for the second turn in a row, I'm thinking you can't afford to
keep the bridges up (and us out) for too much longer. With the bridges gone
we need to move up and around to get armies to reach NG.
How I wish there is an order that I can do in your capital to see your
expense and income details (ie the table that goes armies cost xxx, tax rate
yyyy, money in the kitty zzz).
The Corsairs actually talking and probably
playing a little better might of helped though.
There appeared to be little co-operation between the SG, corsair, and sindar
attack on me. But I'm happy with that. My last harad nation ended up with no
pop centres at all.
I would have loved to
continually attack and remove you but due to some inconsistent reports from
players and other things I had to protect NG or face the possibility of
being the only nation left stopping the Hordes in Mordor.
Well I thought your attack by a huge army in getting my M/T at 2732 was a
great move. That is 400 less HI I can move against you every turn. And with
my crap harad emissaries, i'm not going to be upgrading back to a m/t in a
long time.
At the moment I wandering thru empty corair M/Ts for a habour to make a
fleet
last turn I moved my army east since the side asked me too (they wanted to
cover you moving down the road into QA area). I had little doubt that your
army that bashed my army up would continue to hang around where it is (I
had
it down for moving north a few squares actually).
I though about going south but instead decided to try and get
Bar-En-Tinnen back. Although I do have an army about to capture Annix of
the Quiet Avenger.
I figured if the army moved south we would throw in a blocking army and
agent it to death before it did any serious damage. And Annix is a village,
I don't stop to capture villages without defenses in a 1650 game. Only in
2950 would I think taking a village would make a difference.

P.S. I have to admit I am really surprised about how much of our side is
left considering the team-work that we have had.
I'm surprised I can't buy murazor or the rhudaur characters for my harad. It
looks like the only deadies for the DS will be classified as self-inflicted.
