Why the heck don't you guys play as one team!?! Wouldn't you be
a lot
better that way? I know you guys insisted upon joining FIFA,
it just
seems strange.
The current FIFA plan is to do just that. The current four
nation set-up is a holdover from decades back when the
English determined the rules of international play. After all,
if the UK can field four teams, why can't the US field 50...?
