What’s the average in terms of turns?
Does it depend on Dragon?
On Commander?
Another factor?
Or is it totally random?
Any thoughts?
In the Olde days you would divide the army commander’s command rank by 10 and disregard the fraction. Then it became a random number between 2 (inclusive) and the commander’s rank divided by ten (inclusive). I think it is still that way, but someone might have seen something else.
