I missed the outcome of the earlier debate on NKA - is
ME-PBM considering a "no capitals in mountains" setup?
Can nations move capitals there?

I am waiting to hear back from the 9 players that want a NKA game - it's their call. I can suggest rulings that I think make a better game but the bottom line is that if you want to play it and we can support it then we'll probably do it...
