Actually, my biggest concern is that your INDIVIDUAL rating can go up
while your team loses. This (taken by itself) won't do much to encourage
teamwork, and won't make those people who are greatly concerned about
this aspect of an individual rating any happier.Mike Mulka
I don't care how you impliment the VCs, I'm against it. They reward bad play and punish good play. They add a goal other than, "have fun". At least in the old days they were just used for first choice of setup and published once in a mag people had to pay to get. Now, they'll be compiled game after game, listed constantly on the web site, emailed out once a month. We get to have a list of poor players shoved in our face as if they are somehow the best players in the game.
Let it go. Bad idea, can't be fixed. Keep the game the way it is.
