JO

Yes Orders submenu shows all this

Hi

I’m now using JO and it has some very useful features but there are parts of Automagic that I still prefer. The main one is the “orders” page, which lists on one screen all my nation’s characters, their skills and, once I’ve done them, their orders.

Is there somewhere in JO that is the same as or similar to the “orders” page in Automagic? I know characters can be listed in the bottom left of JO but it’s not the same.

Hi

I was having a few problems with JO so uninstalled the programme and downloaded it again. Now when I try to set up a 1000 game I’m getting an error message “error reading population centre metadata”.

I think I’ve seem someone else mention this. How do I fix it?

I recently reinstalled JO allowing it to simply go there instead of putting it in my own folder - as the updater doesn’t seem to want to “find” JO, but simply pounds through to the default folder. As a result, I finally got my first update downloaded…

1.16.2 BuildID 2017-8-1

I will note that this seemed to clear out user data - my Recent Games were cleaned up, my tab set up was reset to a default, etc. Any chance of leaving that stuff alone?

Hi

Flushed with the successful conclusion to one issue, I’d like to ask about another one.

For 1000 games in JO the Kingdoms (nations 1 and 2) are listed by name and the other nations are then numbered from 1. This means that nation 3 shows up as nation 1 and so on to nation 25, which shows up as nation 23.

I’m sure this can’t be right. Is there something I’m missing?

David

I suspect it's not parsing the information correctly. I'll inform Dave
