Duties and Responsibilities
You will assist in managing the office of GSIL, whilst also working under
subcontract to Harlequin Games and ME Games Ltd in similar roles.
Your duties will change often, being dependent on the current project work
being undertaken. As well as managing the office, you will also be
responsible for ensuring the smooth-running of these projects, which will
involve learning new skills, and frequently doing jobs yourself.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
The applicant must possess skills and experience in the following areas:
� Strategy gaming
� People management, including resource co-ordination, coaching, and
motivation.
� Project management
� Marketing
In addition, the applicant should also ideally possess:
� Graduate or equivalent level of education.
� Skills and experience in the following areas:
o Information Technology
o Sales
o Coding
o Game design
o Play by Mail gaming
