Late turns

As with every game we get lates - invariably there is an average of 1-2
lates per game for whatever reasons. So update for today:

Game (4)54 - 2 players - one is postal the other is email
Game 113 - 2 players late

We are presently using this method for the next two weeks (one week games
run normally) for the DGE games.

If late we contact you if we can. (Or a team-mate if possible - FA games
this is difficult for Neutrals though).
We wait upto a day for the turns and that is it.

Once this 2 week period is over we stop this and go back to the normality
of:

If your turn is late - TOUGH. (Sorry to be harsh on that one - it's the
only way to keep the games going out on time is to set a deadline and stick
to it).

Opinions? Are we being too lenient/strict?

Clint

No that's fine. You should only ever delay a game when one of the
following applies
- Truly exceptional circumstances (GM's discretion)
- A problem or error at your end, like the Pipex debacle
- Majority consent from the players in a game

Can't argue with that.
