If you're referring to the person who states out of principle
that he will never drop, then you can select either "I don't care"
because really, that person cares about other things and doesn't
even consider this an issue. Or "I like being a bug" because
that person will never drop and if that means being the bug, than
so be it.

Well, my vote would have been "when one of the victory conditions
is met". That is not the same as "I don't care" nor is it the
same as the options for or against bugs.
The poll as stated makes an assumption. As someone else pointed
out, "have you stopped beating your wife?" polls are flawed.
Why this silly sophistication? The point is a simple opinion
poll based on an ongoing discussion in regards to a fantasy war
game, and we get this pop-philosophy stuff all the time.
And Yes, if you do not want a rule created or enforced, than
that is exactly the same thing as Either bug option - no rule.
