Is there a list someplace of all the starting pops, ruins and such in
the 2950 scenario, like in the Last Alliance pdf file?
Working on a 2950 PDF map akin to the 1650 PDF map which is on
Harlequin's download page, and it's a bit annoying using the GIF maps
as a reference, I prefer a text file instead

It's in a strange format that I can only open with my webbrowser and
