Hi,
I have just encountered the dragon "Turukulon" as DS in one of my games. I
have seen different files on dragon encounters, where one says that this
dragon cannot be recruited and one that 10.000 gold may recruit but maybe
only by DrL.
Also in another game I have seen that Ando-Anca has been successfully
recruited by FP, issuing "Attack" by a strong FP challenge character.
So firstly I would like to know if anyone has ever recruited Turukulon
before and with what answer.
Secondly I would like to see or make an updated Dragon Encounter file, which
of course shall benefit all ME players.
Therefor I would like to hear what experience ME players have with dragons.
What dragons have been recruited besides the normal known ones ?
What responses have saved the character from a nice dragon meal, which was
not listed as safe in the dragon files ?

Dont talk to me about damn Dragons.. In that BOTR VS Aus game that we
just lost I tried to recruit 5 of the damn things. only got one and
Lost 4 characters.. Twice to Turukulon (He just didn't like me very
much).

RD: Several questions here.
1) did you follow any of the dragon lists on the web? If not, it's not
surprising you lost so many characters. If you DID look at the lists and
tried some new responses, well done for trying.
2) In either case, did you keep a record of your responses? Because this is
the only way you're going to do better next time. And if everybody pools
their dragon info, as Kim suggests, it will benefit all players.

A few answers for you...
1) Yes I did read the lists on the web.. I didn't try any new
responses except when on Turukolon the one to get away didn't work
the first time so tried another the next time.

I did keep my turns somewhere so I do have a record somewhere round
here.
