In a fit of insanity I agreed to "maintain" Mike Elliott's position
as the Harad in Game #50. It appears that Mike is not
currently "connected" to the e-mail world and as a result I do not
have any idea what agreements he may have with other nations. If any
such agreements exist, please send me an e-mail so that I can do my
best to follow Mike's wishes.
