Me 78 grudge game
The game ended with a victory to the Freeps in turn 20 as the DS concided to a more organized freep team that played well.
I thank the freep for an entertaining game and hope to meet some of you in other games either as allies or opposition.

The most annoying part of the was what we did ourselves. the nations lost due to a forgotten natsell, but thats how you learn as a newbee:).
What I didnt understand was the weak pressure on WK in NW, who was I Playing against? I know you guys were playing a major assault in the end,but so was I and had dragons in the armies as well?
One thing more, the curse team in 2208 was it near me as I suspect?

I was surprised the game ended this early – still seemed like alot of life left Yet – least it did to some of us !! Anyways – Well played and fun game it was !! You guys only lost two nations that we could see and we had the Dwarves go MIA on us as you could tell he missed a turn or two !!

Answers to some questions you had – this past turn the Noldo curses squad was in hex 3011 to curse Burazog of the CL , Moved here after cursing at 2208 Khamul , i wasn’t worried about that village at 2208 – one hex away to curse your squad – and they moved to 2105 to curse the army at 2004 this coming turn and where gonna go and curse at or around 1804 to get rid of any armyies with dragons – yes we where finally planning on making an all out effort on the WK we had a Calvary army with over 60 war machines sitting out of your view till the armies up there and the curses squad cleared out all the WK armies with dragons !!

The thing that got me early was it seemed that others and not the Rhudaur where grabbing the dragons for your armies till the end when Rhudaur finally fell !!

Good game all, and congratulations to the Free on conquering Middle Earth and ridding the Lands of our dark and evil presence.
I would have loved to see this game go a little further though, as I didn’t feel completely out gunned down south. But kudos on the total thrashing you dished out to Harad in the early going. Man SG pulled some nice moves, leaving me baffled on several occassions
But it would still have been fun to see what my cav army with Smaug coming via the south road into Umbar could have done, while you where still commiting your forces to the slaughter house that was the sad remains of Harad.
And as questions go: where the heck did all those free armys down south suddenly come from ?
That one still has me puzzled as only 2 turns earlier it was empty enough for our agents to hear echoes of the walls of the towns
But learned a lot for just my second game, and I had fun. Hope you all had as well. Good game guys!

thanks for a fun game, let’s just say all of us weren’t ready to relinquish at this time, but when three nations wants to go, there’s just not much you can do about it, looking forward to play against som of you guys in the future, maybe some of you are in game 3?

Lots of 765ing, just had to get a chance to hire more CO’s before the CL kept knocking them off, If the CL would have stayed at my Cap, I would have been done a long time ago, think I was down to 5 or 6 characters for a while. Why did Gargal sit around so long, ???

I was a bit surprised by the game ending when it did, though clearly you would have had a more complete appreciation of the DS than ours. I thoroughly enjoyed the game and the pressure the DS applied. Thanks for the fun,
