GAME 18 in the championships
Greetings to the noble allies of the West,
Greetings also to the captains of the Dark One,
It is true that Dunland hasn't always been treated the way our proud people
should have by the nations of Eriador, but things have finally changed. In
the face of the dark forces, gathering together and preparing for war, all
the freedom loving nations of the west have now formed the strongest
alliance of all times to destroy the Dark One and all of his minions.
The leaders of Rhudaur were swayed by the false promises and sweet words of
the Witch King, but have now payed the price. All innocent refugees of
Rhudaur are welcome to join the fortified camps that have been set up by
Dunland in Rhudaur to ease their suffering, and eventually join the crusade
against the Foul Ones.
The Dunland Intelligence Service is growing even faster than our mighty army
and there is now nothing that occurs in the world of Middle-Earth that
passes unnoticed. Those guilty of crimes against the Free Peoples will be
hunted down and arrested or if proven beyond redemption, executed on sight.
Some have already been judged, some are still at large, but not for much
longer. Our eyes and ears are everywhere, and what they don't see, our
magicians do. Prepare yourselves to meet justice.
We are proud to announce that the mighty Corsairs of Umbar are also on our
side. Unforunately the Haradwaith refused to see what is happening and sold
their souls to the Dark One, whose name shouldn't be spoken out loud. They
are still in control of some of their former lands, but the high command has
sanctioned a military campaign to remove these false leaders from their
office.
Khamul, the so called lord of the ferrytale dragons we suspect don't even
exist any more, is the second of the dark captains and will also be the
second to die after Murazor. He has already been punished, to keep him from
doing the Free citizens any more harm or plan any mischief, but if he
doesn't publically declare his surrender immediately, we will have to burn
his nation to the ground.
Almost all of the caravan merchants of Middle-Earth have agreed to never pay
the dark captains more than 1 gold for any of the common commodities, and
instead buy from the Free Peoples. Without gold Mordor will fall, it's only
a question of time.
More news will come from the High Command of the Free Peoples. Until then,
prepare to die you filthy scum of Middle-Earth!
Stay well and do well,
Regent Enion of Free Dunland

Greetings everyone.
Here is a small summary of how game 18, the Eurogame or ME championship
game, is going for the nations in Arnor. The nations in Arnor started with a huge battle cry and sent everyone
who could fight against the poor Rhudaur.
Myselfe and Dunland took many pop.centers in a very short time and due
to Witch Kings lack or unwilling to help his neighbour, we managed to
finish off Rhudaur pretty quickly.During these first turns, Arthedain spent most of his armies burning
Witch King pop.centers, lowering both recruitment abilities and
taxrevenues for the Dark lord. Altough Arthedain could have had more
luck with his movements, the campain was successfull to that extent that
Witch King lost 2 Villages and 1 Town.As the scene is today, Witch King is struggling to survive but he can
never recover to become a dangerous threat.
I wonder if he ever thought of using Dragons in his army... Haven't seen
or heard of a single army that had a dragon with it...
Which we aren't complaining about because right now we are about to take
the remaining Witch Kings pop.centers.After these attacks, which shouldn't take more then 2-3 turns, the Arnor
nations will help the Free peoples, not only to turn the table but also
to take controll of the same...I'm confident that Game 18 is set to be a great victory for the
Scandinavian team.RedEyeJoe
