MEPBMLIST: This is a mailing list set up by Harlequin for the use of
players to discuss any aspect ot the games they play. (Generally we prefer
ME but have generic discussions s well). You can send procs to other
players, insults, questions about game mechanics (which the GM/players
might be able to answer) - it's a bit like a newsletter.
Getting better Clint. This is clearer. Only one problem, I don't know
what a "proc" is. Unless this is a typo, I assume it's some hardened
PBMer term - I have however been playing MEPBM for 4 years now, and it's
not a term I know.
