ME Naval question

Can naval transports carry both infantry and calvary at the same time?

ie, if I have an "odd" number of HI/HC so that I need one of my transports to
carry a mix of inf/cav, will the program allow this?

or does each transport have to be exclusively inf or cav?

One more naval question. If a navy in open sea has
lets say 101 troops,10W 10T, and loose a transport to
a seasearpent or pirates. Then the troops should be
reduced to 91. Will this happend or will the number of
troops remain 100 as long as there is one transport
left? If the navy is disbanded what will happend with
the characters with the navy in the open sea?

Sverre:
Losses are distributed amongst the transports equally. So the fleet would disband.

Yes to your first Q; an inf man takes up 1/250th of
the lift capacity of each boat, and a cav man 1/150th,
so it's a straight math calc.
