The game is going from strength to strength. When we took over from
Allsorts there were only 19 games; we are now proud to announce that we
have the game total upto 28 and more on the way. Thanks to all the players
for the efforts that they have made to get the game vibrant again.

SR51 sees an influx of new and old players from the recent game endings and
expansion in the south turns into a scene reminiscent of the gold rush days
in western films.

6/3 Game 4 (1650) has ended with a win for the forces of the DS and their
individual winner of Michael Elliott with the Easterlings on 2400 VPs.
Individually he gained over 3000 Mithril and everyone of his victory
conditions. Cloud Lord (Carsten Brauch) came in 2nd on 2000 Vps.
Game 24 (2950) saw a sweeping victory by the tactical genius of the Dark
Servants lead by Adam Mitchell. Individyal laurels to Alex Bell playing
the Long Rider as they stormed to victory crushing all before them.
Game 17 (1650 team game) sees Chris Courtiour pulling off a victory for the
Noldo. Although the slow collapse of the Dark Servants was barely halted
by the onslaught of the Frees, turn 18 was a quick conclusion as the DS
conceded defeat, morale at an all time low.
Game 99 (1650) sees Chris Courtiour once again showing his superior play
with a win for the Northmen (2017VPs) of all positions (a very difficult
position to pull off a win with and my personal favourite).
Game 11 (1650) and another win for the Easterlings, now taking the Corsairs
as most likely position to win for Evil and a steady win for Steven Knight
playing the diplomatic game to a tee.
Game 43 (1000) and Kim Andersen shows his skill with a win for Evil, ably
assisted by his brother Flemming coming in 2nd. A very bloody game this
one with few survivors on all sides.
Game 7 (1650) sees a further win for the Easterlings and Michael Elliott
(justifiably proud) with the Corsairs (favourite Neutral for recently)
coming in 100 vps behind on 2100.
Game 10 (1650 team) and the Dark Servants show their strength with a win
for Kim Andersen, Flemming Andersen and Mike Sankey with the Dark
Lieutentants on 2350 vps well ahead of his allies.

18 - the long running game came to an uprupt end with Lord Nova just about
to lose his citadel and effective autonomy over his realm. With that came
a concession to the greater glory of Ganragnas and Joe Pollard (Stronogoth)
and Toby Woolfitt (Istus) with their second win. Very impressive.
22 - my aging parent - I started GMing this game over 6 years ago (turn
163) on turn 2 and so it holds a special place in my heart. The inevitable
victory goes to Clanlord Carl (HP of Furgadane played by Carl Pearce) and
his comrades in arms, Sir Loin (Kevin Walford) and Gormenghast (Kevin
Kelly). The final battle was played out at the Arena of Lost Souls were a
valiant defence of their summoned Avatar of Burjarak was only to end in
tears as the overwhelming forces of the God of Time turned up just in time
to stop the last minute grasp at victory. Thanks to all for an enjoyable
game and many friends made.
