At present things are slower than normal as our machine keeps crashing every

No - that won't help and possibly hinder things. Get in touch with us a different way, or try an ally to get him to send in orders on your behalf (sometimes we've seen where a server has denied emails and sending more emails won't help but coming from a different source can do).
