Congrats to the Dark Servants for winning Gunship Me12.
Game ended on turn 38 or so. My final nation was knocked out on turn 37 (I played Arthedain and Haradwaith, Harad was knocked out turn 15).

T’was an interesting game. I played Dragon Lord/Corsairs - t’wasn’t the most exciting end game but overall a fun game with Corsairs hunting down Harad, SG and Dunlendings (and eventually the Pcs in Angmar). (FK was a big help!)
Around Turn 6 both Corsairs and SG Navies mutually annihilated but kept some Transports back to move troops up into SG land.
Biggest coup - keeping 2715 througout the game. Biggest mess-up - losing Celdrahil and Khamul in an army with a Dragon due to over-run…
Most enjoyable the Dragon Lord as well had mixed fortune on luck there but got a nice Emi squad and agent squad by the end playing with the Noldo and Dunlendings.

Very enjoyable game except for the last 5 turns or so.
I played Ice King/Long Rider, picking up Quiet Avenger at turn 20.
Ice King helped taking down NG, SG, Dunlendings and later Cardolan and Arthedain. Dunlendings proved to be a real pain in the mid-game, they almost killed all my agent team at their capital and blocked my army movements through the Gap of Rohan effectively more than once.
As Long Rider I managed to get the navy to mainland on turn 1 and with very good help from Blind Sorcerer the PCs in the Rhun area were taken. Threatening 4217 on turn 3 gave me a very good recruiting base on the mainland to keep LR in the military game throughout the whole game. Later LR helped taking out Eothraim and Sinda in Mirkwood.
Towards the end I had three Agent and three Emissary companies with mixed characters from my three nations running around hunting down characters and pop. centers, respectively.
