we herby announce that the Corsairs of Umbar have chosen a new leader. We
would like to start negotiating with the Free People, Dark Servants and our
neutral partners as soon as possible.

We the Free Peoples would gladly negotiate a peace talk with you the
Corsairs. Although our two great nations do not border there is much
to discuss about neiboring friends and enemies. Feel free to contact
