Sorry, I'm ignorant to what MEOW means exactly. Can someone enlighten please?

We need some players to break MEOW for us - any volunteers? Latest build
will be out within a week.

Basically I need players to work through it, find any inconsistencies and
errors.

What, you've never owned a cat? :-))

MEOW is the Middle Earth Order Writer, a Java equivalent to Automagic. Since AM requires Excel, and thus only runs on Windows with Office, ME decided to commission a program that could do the same for Mac/Linux/etc, or Windows people who don't use Excel.

It's been through a few programmers, but I'm finishing it up right now, and hopefully it'll be ready along with the ME MapMaker in a few weeks.

Thanks for the help, although I have to say I like AM. MEOW is just an alternative. It's not designed to take anything away from Mike.

Now the MapMaker I'd be more than willing to help test

Øystein, mapmaker.

Jason,No I mean the Excell program I put on my computer. I hate it I had intended that this computer be used only for games. So I had made space for that nasty EQ game. Half of the stuff I try to open and usr with Excell does not work for me anyway.Wes

We'll get in touch with people about that when it's ready to be released. We've been trying it in me39 and that's been interesting as some of the interesting design features meant a somewhat different approach to map reading...
