I could have sworn I fixed this already, but apparently I must have missed it. I've
put the "corrected" version up on the website
(http://orions.net/Middle-earth/index.htm) (and note that it's still listed as Rev 9).
For those of you who have downloaded it already and know how to change the formatting,
the protections don't have a password, so you can go to TOOLS => PROTECTIONS =>
UNPROTECT SHEET, and that will allow you to change the formatting. (You should
re-protect the sheet when you're done, as all the formula cells are only protected
then.)
If you're not familiar with Excel, you can simply download the fixed version. Also, I
haven't gotten any bad reports from Excel 97 users, so it appears to be working fine
in that version.

Mike,
Obviously lots of hard work put into developing the Turn Assist spreadsheet - thankyou
for making it available for download. I don't have Excel 2000, but it seems to be
working with Office97/Windows98 quite happily. I've simply kept my orders as text
files in the past, and that's not worked too badly, but I can see this spreadsheet of
yours being much more reliable than my own checking [:)]
One very little thing - on the Worksheet tab, Hex.Loc. column, the Format Cells menu
item is 'greyed-out' so I couldn't make it show a full 4-digit location for my
characters in the far west where locations start with a '0' (needs a numeric 'Custom'
format of '0000'). How did you protect the cell formatting?
Thanks again
Jenny
