When asking for feedback on something, I am not sure it is "constructive" to say that it "sucks," and that it looks like "pants." Maybe it is a cultural thing...maybe it isn't. I don't know--I am just saying it does not help Clint to say it sucks...it helps to tell him the problem. Being polite in the process doesn't hurt either. If the remarks were said in jest, then I apologize.

"Feedback" is defined as a "response", the dictionary doesn't mention
whether its rude, crass, clever or even correct. Just a response.
"sucks" is a colloquial expression - but I believe it only means that a
thing is poor, inadequate or disappointing.
