What I did was run two m/e map programs (different directories and all that
stuff).

in one directory I clear all the existing set-ups for whatever game I don't
expect to use much. So 1650 game 1 was really a blank 4th age map.

The hardest part was listening to the computer saying 'are you sure you want
to permanently clear this hex ?'

I have recently started a 4th age and would like to map known
settlements.

I have maps for 1650 and 2950 but they come complete with starting
settlements. Does anyone know where I can get a map that starts with no
settlements.
