Missing turns the day before

Okay. My further thoughts on this as it's been (almost) universally
acclaimed is to do this:

Grudge or Individual game is designated at game start.

If a Grudge game then a team captain is allocated who will get the note (no
turn in yet) the working day before when we pre-charge the game (and for
Individual game we can organise it as the game develops). We also send
emails to the players who are missing and if in a Grudge game to the team
captain in addition. If you also give permission (default would be no to
this) then we send to all your team mates informing them that you haven't
got your turn in yet. (So when you set-up you would put this down as an
option as well as the turn size, details to send to players etc).

This would mean the team captain getting an email for each player late
though. (Maybe we can reduce that - it can definitely be programmed just
the extra work involved might delay it a few weeks). We could do a single
email with all the "no turn in yet" status maybe? Should be doable.

I don't intend to do it on the day of processing the turns as this will
cause more mayhem and bad vibes when we send you an email and you get your
turn in (after this 2nd reminder) some 5 minutes after we have processeed
and printed the game. ("Guaranteed" drop and major bad feelings then from
my experience).

Monday games as per usual will be penalised but we try to reduce the number
of games we run on that day (and Friday) to a minimum. 3-4 we would like to
run then so it's not too bad. (We don't pre-charge on the w/end).

How does that sound? Missed anything? Anything need more clarity? BTW
thanks for all the feedback - very useful.
