neutrals to declare DS or Free on turn 0 but can you actually
change the
allegiance of the 20 pre-aligned nations?I think that, for example, a game were the Arthedain and
Cardolan were evil
and Ice King and Blind Sorceror were Free would be a good idea?Now THAT would be interesting wouldn't it?

With a lot of DS crowded together, it would be a mess if some of them were
fun. Of course if NG were dark it might be fun. But then I worry about CL
being free.
