Firstly we will process turns as fast as we can. Those in the UK are used
to same day service ie the turns go out every two weeks (fortnightly).
We'll process the DGE games when we have
1) the entire game in and the due date has been reached
2) most of the players are in and we have contacted the lates and heard
nothing back (Two days at most)
This will mean that some games will end up moving on to other weeks as we
want to give the usual two weeks inbetween turns. When we have processed
each game once (ie in two weeks time) then we will look at the games and see
if we can arrange games so that there is a fair spread of games - ie with 60
games an average of 6 a day 93 and 1 wk games will alter this a small
amount). 1 Week games we like to process on a Wednesday so that there is
plenty of time to sort out any problems that might occur.
After 2 sets of turns have been run (one month) then we will no longer
contact lates as I expect everyone should be aware of the situation by then.
We will also then process as we do for UK games - ie on time. This
hopefully gives us enough time to run all the games, be fair to those that
are not aware of the changeover, and yet also be fair to those that have got
their turns in.
With 29 games to create on our computer, 700 a/cs to add in, balances from
all the games and minor (but pertinent) changes to the game disk, this is
all taking time so please bear with us. The woods are thinning but we're
not sure if we are in a valley or on top of the hills yet...

Thank you facade for your pertinent questions, and Clint for your quick

We've already taken a week off for Christmas...........
