Hmm plug up one end, that gas has got to go somewhere. So while you
concentrate on the Oujida board you are suddenly asphixiated by the
fart of the no doubt annoyed muzzled dragon. Or stepped on, laid on,
etc. Never mind how you captured the dragon in the first place. I
don't think I have ever heard of a hero throwing a blanket over the
head of the unsuspecting lizard then hefting his victim over the
shoulder and disapearing into the night. Reaches for Bobbin's Dragon
Encounters list. No don't see it.
Hopefully this entire thread was meant to be entertaining and not a
serious inquiry about whether Dragons could be interrogated.

What? And there I was taking everything literally (tic).
May I refer students of dragonology to Tolkien's story "Farmer Giles of Ham." You may find a clue or two in there!

Am I inferring correctly from the hints dropped here and there that
you can double an NPC, like a Dragon? (Assuming he has agent?
emmissary skill)? The rulebook clearly says "...services of another
Nation's character".

The rulebook says a lot of things that aren't correct... Read orders like
400, for example.
Of course, how much gold would it take to double a dragon? And what would
you get? "Dear Diary: Ate yet another Uruk-hai for lunch. Must count hoard
again this afternoon."
What we really need is some practical experience in kidnapping
Dragons. If enough of you are feeling brave I can get a net and we
can go round and try and capture my mother in law. I can even provide
some sharp sticks to help with the interrogation but I doubt we would
find a muzzle that would be strong enough to be of any use.
No way! Judging by my already past experience with
your mother-in-law's species, my mother-in-law, I've
learned that Glaurung is more approachable and less
dangerous. They breathe more than fire ... venom in
particular

A grey white Dragon lay there and the ancient name leapt unbidden to
memory. This one was known as "Mother-in-law", and as the grey white scaled
head swiveled up to gaze with piercing eyes, the mouth opened to...speak?

My mother-in-law is an exorcist: every time she comes round, she gets rid of all the spirits!
