Yeh well you know us Brits.... 
The only way to ban this sort of thing is to have a moderated site or moderated membership. I could change it so that I check each email (not that many so doable) before they get posted for such things. Would players want that?
This does not mean that I would edit normal postings just keep an eye out for untoward things like this.

I think it's time to make this list "members only". Once these guys start
sending this crap out, the address propagates like wildfire.

If it starts to get out of hand I would say yes, but
not before. Your time is as valuable as anyone elses
and I know I would have a better use for my time.
