Yah? If you have NEVER dropped a game, you get "undefined - division by 0" ranking.
If you've won 98 of 100 games, but dropped those other 2 because of a serious illness that you've now recoverd from. You still have a rating below 50, and can NEVER EVER get a rating above 50.
I get the sentiment of wanting a drop to count against you more than a loss. However, I think this is too harsh.
Perhaps: Games won / (GamStTA + GamesDropped)
Thus, if you'd won 6 of 10, but dropped 2 of the 4 non-wins instead of
6 / 10 = 60%
you'd get
6 / (10+2) = 50%
After another 10 games of 6 of 10 with no more drops you'd be
12 / 20+2 = 55%
Or, in my above example you won 98 of 100 but dropped the 2 losses, you'd be
98/102 = 96% vs. 98/100 = 98%
