Here’s a situation where you might die or you might get something good, but you don’t know what will make you die or not. Do you 1) Feel excited and punt/research? or 2) Avoid and run hoping to scrape out with at least 1 health and go and do something more important.
I don’t see the difference between Setting A that was programmed 20 years ago and Setting B that was programmed 2 months ago.
Clint: Yes, you have created many services. Some, such as ‘shadow orders’ and turn reminder establish a competence floor. Others make things faster/easier/less work for the players.
When will you actually make this game more challenging? Is that what the Kin Strife is for? If so, I expect it to shine.
