3: The 5% is NOT negotiable! Harlequin do not have their own

but use Flagship instead (as do a number of other PBM
companies). I have
some knowledge of the Flagship situation and, believe me, they do not
have a choice about paying the 5%. Negotiation is an option, but only
depending on the annual turnover.
Actually, we now do have a credit card account of our own,
through Worldpay.
The last credit card payments using Flagship are going through
now. It will
be Worldpay from now on.
So what was flagship charging you ? I would have felt that since they are in
the industry they wouldn't be charging a high fee.
