I recently started a new game where I was not receiving a Good Mereturn confirmation email for orders I submitted using Ameow… The problem may or may not effect automagic… I missed getting first 2 turns into Me games as the result… The error is in the xml file… If you have this problem open your xml file and under the the very first part make sure under the header of account there is either your nation number or your account number… otherwise your orders will never be received on Turn 1 and your turn is lost… You could always attach the file and hopefully the can add them in time via and email… As a player I know how important to the strategy you chose it is to get your first turn in…
I’ve also noticed that some xml files have the wrong ‘name’ and ‘account numbers’ so after you’ve loaded the xml file into Automagic go into the ‘Game’ worksheet and retype in your account number & name.
If you have a problem get in touch. Sometimes the information goes into the XML file incorrectly but we leave that for players to contact us if there’s such an error.
It’s MEturn not mereturn btw although there are many services, including the newish webmail server, for sending in your orders to us.
