1) Some advice to new players on how the game is "generally" played, what to expect, etc is a must. Your pack has "sound" information, care to share exactly what's being said to first time players? (Clint ignored this request).
2) Maybe a listing of experienced players and their contact info can be compiled and forwarded on to new players as a network of willing tutors and mentors. Willing being the key, I'm not sure what this whole "mentor" thing is (BOFA only? other methods?) but I'd put myself down on a sheet of people willing to answer emails from newbies.
