Enter your vote today! A new poll has been created for the
mepbmlist group:
I've been working with Sam/Me-Games in
making a new PDF map for them, and in
that process I'd like to see what
version of Acrobat Reader people are
using, because I'd like to use some
features from Acrobat 4.0 and higher,
which doesn't work in Acrobat 3.0, but
obviously if there is still quite alot
out there with Acrobat 3 thats out of
the question
Cheers,

I'd guess that not everyone realises that Adobe Acrobat 5.0 is available free, as older versions often come with commercial software and install themselves so you can read the electronic manuals etc.
So I can't see any reason why you shouldn't develop your work for 5.0 so long as you tell everyone where to get it.

Hi Oystein,
I'm on version 5.
That A4 pdf version of your map, downloadable off the website is the
most useful thing since sliced bread.
Thanks

Well, it *was* 3.0, now it's 5.0 thanks to your timely reminder.
At least 2 PDF's in my files that didn't work before now read just fine. Thanks!

Based on the rumors of a new version of reader I downloaded it the other day from http://www.adobe.com. Anyway, it is a huge improvement over version 4.0. I highly suggest you hook yourself up with the new version right away. It is worth the upgrade and its free!
