This does not tell us enough since we do not know whether you referred to
"base" production levels or "observed" production, which needs to be divided
by the climate factor to arrive at "base" levels. Example - in "mild"
climate, an observed leather production of 90 divided by .9 = 100 base
production. The climate factors fall into two product groups 1) food,
leather, timber, mounts and 2) bronze, steel, mithril, gold.
