New Version of JOverseer available

We are pleased to announce the release of a new version of JOverseer. Improvements include:
Fourth Age starting regions: when creating a new Fourth Age game, before importing any results, you can use the Fog of War option to see all the starting regions.
Secondary Powers for 1650 and 2950 artifacts are now correct.
Various minor fixes, including navy movement ranges, 840 order entry, and more.
Also, crucially, Java is now bundled in with the software, which should solve issues MAC users have been having.
However, this version cannot be updated from within JOverseer. Instead, please visit our website and download and install the new version there (v 1.18.0)
