RD: Hi Winn, Brits use the term 'Yanks' for any citizens of the USA. We
don't differentiate between North and South; hell, ever since you rebelled,
you are all Yanks to us (g). If that's wrong I'm sorry but that is our
perception. We never say Yankee or Yanqui. Hope that helps!
