off subject: Royal wind

Prince Charles's footman, whose name was Wibble, was preparing a bath for
the Prince, when His Royal Highness felt wind brewing. Now, One does not
pass wind in front of the servants; it is beneath One's dignity. Therefore,
Prince Charles clenched his Royal cheeks, stepped into the bath, and turned
the taps off himself, saying, "That will be all, Wibble."

Wibble dutifully left the bathroom, and Prince Charles breathed a sigh of
relief as he let go of the trapped wind underwater.

A moment later, Wibble re-entered the bathroom carrying a hot-water bottle.
Somewhat peeved, HRH asked him, "What are you doing with that, Wibble?"
"Pardon me, Sir, but as I left, I'm sure I heard you say,
'WhataboutawaterbottleWibble?'"
