I bow to your superior knowledge of BVI company law, and probably to any
other non-UK law you care to mention.
However, I stubbornly remain of the view that there is no easy solution to
this - everything you / Jerry have said has implied a number of steps and a
flexibility in Harly's banking / cash / tax / accounting / legal
arrangements that I would be surprised they had the resources / the will to
complete.
If you can lead Harly through some low cost tax avoidance scheme, warrant to
them that your knowledge of the various tax and legal jurisdictions is
complete enough to spot any & all exposures, and save us all some money in
the process, I will be the first to cheer you from the roof tops.
