If you want to check out what has been the subject of discussion in the past
you can check out the archive at onelist. I am not sure myself how to go
about it as I have not done it - but it should be easy enough to do.

Would prefer victory points to be based on enemy troops and characters
killed, pops captured, change in tax base... that sort of thing. I
think this would liven things up a bit. Current VPs promote sitting
