Yeah, the Bad Old Days.

There's a reason (well, several, most importantly good service) many of us came to you before the actual combination. One was (for some people, I imagine, at least) the "check and balance" of this de-coupling. I'm not saying you've done, or will do, something that proves this point, but I'd hate to see you not give it due consideration ...
