the likelyhood of the following situation is fairly remote, but it could
happen. Suppose a nation is the last nation left on one side. It has the One
Ring and manages to destroy it/hand it over to Sauron. Now, what happens if
that nation is eliminated the same turn it issues the One Ring order. Which
side wins? The rules state that the game ends in victory for one side if all
their opponents are eliminated, but it also says that if you hand the ring
in your side wins, and I know that nations that are eliminated still get to
issue orders on the turn they go out. Anyone care to answer?
No idea... I would guess, and it is a guess, the One Ring victory would
get the win. If it's important I can find out though - get in touch with me
