We're also playing with auto-credit payment like DGE offered (if your
account goes below 10 we charge your card - we'd need the details
unfortunately - a fixed amount 25?)
And having multiple email addresses to send turns to - would you want that?
(For those that set up yahoo or similar groups this would be not available
unless you were able to have us subscribed without sending us emails).

I liked this option. That way I didn't have the chance to forget to charge my card. (I
obivously want to keep playing, or I'd just drop.) I'm all for it.

I suppose it might help the whole role playing aspect, if people had different
accounts for different game. I don't really get what this gains you (or us), though.
In fact, it seems like it would make it easier for someone to secretly play multiple
nations in a game. (I know that you allow multiple nation play, but this is usually
common knowledge, rather than secret.) Am I misunderstanding? I just don't get the
benefit (either way) of this.
Good idea re: the auto-credit payment. I'd sign up for that.
I would like the ability to receive turns at two addresses, as well.
Pathetically, I just can't wait till I get home from work to check my home
email for turn results. I'd like to be able to have them sent to my home and
work emails. I know I could just set up a Yahoo or Hotmail account, etc,
and check it from anywhere, but I would prefer not to.
Thanks,
Chris Wolf

Anything else we should/could be doing?
Thoughts?

Yes, I would love to have a credit card on file with Harly and have
you bill it when funds run low with a prespecified amount... I do
not care which currency the account is represented in and therefore
would choose the UK standard.
Having multiple e-mail addresses would be nice, but isn't required.
I currently have my turns forwarded to work when they arrive, but
unfortunately this fails occassionally for unknown reasons.
I personally think that you have been doing a great job of customer
support!
