Overseas postage

Clint,

I got my diplo notes today, and noticed that once again the note was
emailed to you guys, printed out, and mailed on paper to me.

For Internet players, why not just forward diplo emails? It would
certainly save you guys on postage.

We are attempting to do this. Sometimes we only get the odd piece of mail
and it is "easier" to do it this way.
