Hi,
Being somewhat involved with Flagship myself (albeit in the
layout and design department), could I suggest that someone
writes to Carol? (carol@flagship-uk.demon.co.uk) That said,
I'm doubtful whether there is anything we can do.

With respect, I can't think of anybody better qualified to put this issue to
Carol than your good self. As you say, she knows you, and it wouldn't take
many minutes for you to forward the relevant emails to her.

Whether she or anybody at Flagship can do anything about it is debatable,
but at least you will have done the right thing in bringing it to her
attention.
