Hi Richard,

With respect, I can't think of anybody better qualified to put this issue to
Carol than your good self. As you say, she knows you, and it wouldn't take
many minutes for you to forward the relevant emails to her.
Whether she or anybody at Flagship can do anything about it is debatable,
but at least you will have done the right thing in bringing it to her
attention.

I spoke to Carol yesterday, and she'd be very interested to
know if anyone can shed any legal light on this. It would
also be helpful if someone who has seen the site in
question, could write a short letter to Flagship (for
publication) describing the situation and asking if anything
can be done. Obviously the more we can pool the undoubted
talents spread around PBM, the better. A letter would open
the debate within PBM - but as I said, if anyone has any
legal knowledge of this sort of thing, please contact Carol
(carol@flagship-uk.demon.co.uk).

Cheers!

Colin.

Hi,
On behalf of Flagship I drew the short straw to actually
look at this damn site, and I have to say that I can't even
get access to it (using both Netscape and Internet
Explorer). If anyone has better luck (if thats the right
word), please contact me privately - no point in clogging up
the MEPBM list with this sort of stuff.

Colin.
