The concept was based on ACTIVE nations on a WINNING team. The numbers wouldn't
be statistically "perfect" but would be accurate enough to point to a general
trend, and, of course, every completed game would add to the data pool.
If the data currently available was insufficient to calculate means and standard
deviations, then the idea's no good. Show me the data, I'll make the
determination.
The dropped nation, etcetera, would not mean anything under those conditions.
